수선관 5층 입구 앞에 택배 물품이 지속적으로 적체되어 통행에 불편을 초래하고 있으며,

일부 물품은 출입문 및 소방시설을 가릴 정도로 쌓이고 있습니다.

특히 개강 후 학생 행사 및 실습 재료 주문으로 물품이 장기간 적재되어 있는 경우가 많습니다.

통행 불편 및 물품 분실 우려가 있어 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

1. 배송지 정확 기재 요청

- 주문 시 정확한 층수와 호실 및 공간명을 기재 해야 합니다.

- 입구가 잠겨 있어 부득이하게 5층 문 앞에 배송된 경우, 배송 당일 반드시 수령해야 합니다.

2. 미수령 물품 처리 기준

- 배송 후 미수령 3일 경과 시 별도 보관, 1주일 경과하면 폐기 처분

- 현재 6개월 이상 방치된 물품(송장 확인 불가)은 폐기처분 예정

Notice on Package Deliveries to the 5th Floor of Suseon Hall

Packages have been piling up near the fifth-floor entrance of Suseon Hall, causing inconvenience and obstructing access. Some packages have also been left in front of doors and fire safety equipment.

To keep the area clear and prevent packages from being lost, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Provide a Complete and Accurate Delivery Address

When placing an order, please include the exact floor, full room number, and name of the office or room.

Please use the full five-digit room number and provide the exact name of the office or room.

If the entrance is locked and a package is left outside the fifth-floor entrance, please collect it on the day of delivery.

2. Unclaimed Packages

• Packages not collected within three days of delivery will be moved to a separate storage area.
• Packages not collected within one week of delivery will be disposed of.
• Packages that have already been left unattended for more than six months and can no longer be identified due to missing or illegible shipping labels will be disposed of.
