, This play will be held at ArtTheatermoon, directed by Kim Chang-gi, and assisted by Shin gi-hwan. It will be performed on August 25th~30th, Sat 4pm or 7pm, Sun 4pm. -

- 2015 Fall Foreign Freshmen Orientation (Humanities & Social Sociences Campus)
- On August 17, freshman graduate and undergrad students of both campuses gathered at the Business Building Theatre (33B301) of the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus for the orientation presided by the Office of International Affairs (Vice President Lee Suke-kyu). From 10:30 a.m., this orientation was given in Korean before an audience of 250 freshmen students from 32 countries including Netherland, Russia, Malaysia, the US, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Japan, China, Kazakhstan, Canada and more, and this diversity in the range of countries demonstrates the global connectedness of SKKU. The event started with a welcoming address by the Director of International Affairs (Park Byung-Ju). While in the morning, students were informed on school life, how to live in Korea, using the library and dormitory, in the afternoon they were introduced to the Chinese International Students Association, the Korean interdisciplinary program, the Korean Studies program and how to register for courses. Senior international students also attended the event to talk about their experiences and give wholehearted advice on living abroad as a student. There are 514 foreign students entering SKKU this semester, who start their study in various areas from August 31. - 2015 Graduate Art School Fair successfully held
- Last April 28, The Graduate Art School Fair 2015 was successfully held at 600th Anniversary Hall at 12pm, 140 attendees including faculties, staffs, and undergraduate students attending the presentation. The presentation was held in the form of Brown Bag Meeting, and attendees were provided hamburgers at lunchtime. Furthermore, each Dean of department explained the process of admission and career to the attendees. Also, after the presentation, students heard scholarship policies and superiority of graduate school at International Hall. Dean of Art said, “it will be expected that Master’s and Doctoral degrees will play key role in promoting students’ abilities, offering the field of opportunity because of many new scholarship policies.”

- The Graduation Fashion Show on “The Guideline for hitchhiker traveling modern times.”
- On June 4, SKKU Department of Fashion Design, School of arts, will hold a Graduate fashion show for preliminary graduate students at 600th Anniversary Hall at 4pm. 56 preliminary graduate students will show 7 stages which compare wandering modern people to hitchhikers in th fashion show. Its theme is "the hitchhiker's Guide to The modern people." Students resolve to show passion as an artist and present the direction of the modern people through the fashion show.

- The Korean-Japanese Study Conference between SKKU department of Dance and Meiji Univ. was held in 600th Anniversary Hall on March 9 at 9:30 a.m. It was inaugurated by Dean of School of Art, Sunjin Hwang’s opening speech. College of Information Communication of Meiji Univ. Thsda Ceudomu and Prof. Hateruma Nagako attended the scholastic event. Through this conference, bilateral Education and Research between two Colleges will be enhanced furthermore.

- The graduation ceremony for 2014 SKKU School of Art was held on Feb 25, 2015 at Business School B3 Theater. Total 217 students received Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree. Parents and prof. attended the event and sent congratulatory messages for graduate students. This event was a great cultural ceremony for students who have studied hard.

- 2015 Spring International Freshmen Student Orientation
- Sungkyungwan University (SKKU) International Affairs office (Vice President Prof. Lee Suk-kyu ) held a orienatation for newly entering international students from both campuses (Humanites & Social Science and Natural Scineces) on Feb. 23.(MON) At the orientation around 180 international students from 19 countries such as China, New Zealand, Malaysia, US, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Suadi Arabia, Sigapore, Equador, etc. attended the event exhibiting how internationally recognized SKKU has become. The orientation programs for the morning consisted of life in SKKU, living in Korea, how to use the library, and dormitory life; while, in the afternoon, introducing the Chinese student union, academic information, introducing Korea studies interdisciplinary major, and course registerations were given. Also presently attending international students came to the event and gave wholehearted advice on how to live and study abroad. - The best honor award of school, Sungkyunkwan family award The 18th Sungkyunkwan family award ceremony was held at the 1st meeting room, on the 3rd floor of 600 anniversary memorial hall from Oct. 30, a.m on last 12th. The award winners are total of 12 persons(8 persons, 4 team) and selected in the education achievement, administration, student and special area. Sungkyunkwan family award is the honorable award of school which has continued once a year since 1996 in order to encourage members who have achieved remarkable results for the year among Sungkwunkwan family.
